DMC for companies

OPTION 1

            In the Republic of Macedonia a company can be founded by foreign individual or company. The founder can invest 100% of the funds (domestic company with 100 % foreign capital) or in any suitable correlation with another domestic company or individual (domestic company with mixed capital).

            Founding of the company is performed with its registering in the court registry and all formalities will be completed within 10-15 days after submitting the application for registering.

            After founding the company, the following services are offered to the client:

Managing 100 % active company without your presence in Macedonia using the DMC principle, which basically means full processing of all activities needed for your company to be functional, like:

·        Opening and managing a resident banc account in any bank you choose

·        Opening and managing a non resident banc account in any bank you choose

OPTION 2

            In case the OPTION 1 is too small for your range of work, we propose the following support option necessary for founding new company in Macedonia:

·        Support in obtaining professional employees, as well as collaborators;

·        Regular and independent advisory regarding capital and political risks, legal and financial regulations and procedures;
