Conducting business and financial activities

            The accounting will be performed in our offices by our professional and licensed accountants in accordance to the regulations and standards in Macedonia.

            Our company also submits all reports (quarterly an annually) to the authorities for tax control.

            At the end of each year (calendar) based on the accounting information, a full calculation of all expenses is being prepared, as well as balance sheet and financial balance, analyzes, our expert opinion and suggestions regarding expenses and income. Also, upon your request, our experts will prepare audit (which is not obligatory according to our regulations)

Short list of info for taxes:

1. VAT (Value Added Tax)
• 5 % privilege rate on products for food and other basic life products
• 18 % general tax rate

2. Profit tax

·        10 % on total NET profit

3. Personal tax

·        10 % of  the annual personal income
